Today my heart was filled with love for friends, family and acquaintances.
I felt like hugging everyone in sight. This was a new thing for me, hugging
people I hardly know. It felt good to let go and really live and give
everything instead of only part. God is truly an amazing being and we are
one with God. This is amazing and wonderful and so TRUE. Life is good.

I am

I am the wind through a field of fresh cut spring grass.
I am the sunshine of my friends faces.
I am the trickle of water through the forest.
I am the love a mother has for a newborn child.
I am a rushing waterfall and a cloudless sky.
I am the sound of crickets on a warm night.
I am the refreshment of a glass of lemonade on parched lips.
I am all that is good and all that is wonderful.
I am God.
