I recognize and know that there is only one Power
and Presence of God that is Loving and Capable.
I know that this Presence is everywhere and that
there is a Divine Order to life.

Since this Presence is everywhere, I know that I
am one with the all-powerful word of God. I know
that tranquillity, peace and confidence are within
me now and always. I know that I possess a
strength that heals my body, mind and soul. I am healthier
now than I have ever been before. Every aspect of my
physical body is functioning in the perfect design that
it was meant to.

I give up all obstacles in my thoughts
and emotions that conflict with perfect health.
I am perfect and every area of my life is in order.
I now feel the glow of life within
and the joyful anticipation of a perfect
healing in all areas of my life.

I give thanks for all the blessings I am now receiving.
I celebrate the good that is unfolding
in my life now.
I know all is well. And so it is.
