LET THE PARTNERSHIPS BEGIN!

Dear Ones,

The Partnership Program Guidelines Workbook, with detailed information about how to conduct a Partnership, is now available and will be mailed to each of you who are willing and ready to form a Partnership with another Church, (USA or International), Study Group or Special Focus Ministry, or who would simply like to peruse the information and share it with your potential team before making a commitment to the Program. You can also obtain a copy of the Workbook by going to the “Partnership Program Guidelines Workbook”.

Some Partnerships have already been formed and are just beginning to plan their first meetings. Some Groups are referring the information about the program to their boards/core councils and potential team players to get their alignment first.

There are two ways to Partner:

Mutually Supporting Groups: Two Groups mentor each other and mutually share resources, insights, ideas and prayer.

Supporting Mentor Group and Mentored Group: One Group mentors another Group by providing resources, insights, ideas and prayer.

Ideally, each Group has a team consisting of 6 members: A Minister, Practitioner, Board/Core Member, Children/Youth Director, Music Director & Community Outreach Director. If you have enough team members, your Group can take on two or more Partnerships. Example: You can mentor a Group and be mentored by a separate Group. Or, you can have a Mutually Supporting Partnership and be a Supporting Mentor to another Group.

Of course, you can make the program fit your needs individually, as not all Groups require such large teams, and some may require additional team members.
